What is a scan?
A scan is a combination of your pre-production environment domain and Google region. Each combination is one daily scan.
How often are email alerts sent?
Email alerts are sent when indexed pages are found for a scan.
Each scan where indexed pages are found will trigger it’s own alert email, so you might receive multiple emails if there are multiple scans where indexed pages are detected.
Scans run daily, typically between 8am and 10am GMT.
What Google regions are available?
Indexping supports all Google regions.
Throughout 2023 we will be introducing these to our UI incrementally. If you see a region missing, please contact our support team and we will accelerate the roll-out.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
To upgrade your subscription log into your account, and head to the subscriptions section. Alongside the active subscription you will have the option to upgrade your subscription.

Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the month that they’re cancelled in.
